Hi, I’m Charlie! I’m a super sweet and happy Catahoula mix at around 6 years old. I have a beautiful golden coat with little freckles on my snout and spots all over my body with a white spot in one of my eyes–it’s a Catahoula thing. I’m a handsome guy with a great personality. I smile a lot and I like to give kisses. Speaking of things I like, getting pets is one of my favorite things, especially belly rubs!

The PITC volunteers take me on walks around the neighborhood and tell me what a good boy I am. I am very calm on walks and like to stay right by your side with a loose leash, I don’t pull. I ride in the car very well too. I will quietly ride in your back seat or will sit in a crate if that’s how you’d prefer to transport me around.

I hardly ever bark but if I do it’s only after you’ve come home after a long day and I’ve missed you. I get along with other dogs of similar size and with cats. I am a patient, sweet boy.
