Casper is a friendly dog

Casper is a friendly Labrador Retriever mix who’s almost 2-years-old. He’s been waiting for his forever family since February when his owner surrendered him. He is a sweet boy who weighs 47 pounds and enjoys being around people. If you’ve got the time and the space, he has the energy to play in a big yard or go for long walks.
